Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to ensure we have enough time to prepare for your session. If you are 15 minutes late, you will owe a $30 late fee after every 15 mins of being late.

Hair and makeup MUST be done before arriving to your appointment. An additional charge/fee must be paid or a rescheduled date will need to be changed if hair and makeup is not done; please download WhatsApp Messenger in order to receive your images.

Payments can ONLY be accepted via cash, Zelle, or Cashapp and MUST be paid upon arriving to your appointment.

Clients can reschedule without penalty within 24/48hrs of booking their appointment. After the time frame has passed clients must pay a $40 rescheduling fee or opportunities may be limited due to studio availability. To reschedule call (312)971-4582


Appointments will be cancelled if a client surpasses their entire shoot time and will be subjected to paying a fee to reschedule. If there is any other reason a cancellation is made there will be no refund given. however, store credit will be provided for future services.
