Secure Your Valentine's Day Portrait Session with Us

1.Time:Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to ensure we have enough time to prepare for your session.

2. Dress Appropriately: Choose outfits that reflect your style and the theme of the shoot.

3. Bring Props: If you have specific items you'd like to include (e.g., gifts, letters, or personal mementos), please bring them along to add a personal touch to your photos.

4. Limit Guests: To keep the session focused and relaxed, please limit the number of people to (1-3)accompanying you to the appointment.

5. Communicate Special Requests: If you have specific poses or styles in mind, let us know in advance within 3-5 days of your appt so we can plan accordingly. CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT THE INFORMATION REQUEST FORM

6. Stay Positive and Relaxed: It’s normal to feel a little nervous. Focus on enjoying the moment, and we’ll help guide you through the poses!

7. Optimize your time: Hair and makeup MUST be done before arriving to your appointment. An additional charge/fee must be paid and a rescheduled date will need to be changed if hair and makeup is not done; also please download WhatsApp Messenger in order to receive your images.

8. Silence Phones: To maintain a distraction-free environment, please silence your phone during the session.

9. Remaining Balance: Payments can ONLY be accepted via cash, Zelle, or Cashapp and MUST be paid upon arriving to your appointment.

10.Social media policy: Charles Gipson owns rights to all photos being taken and may post on social media for marketing, promotions, brand awareness, engagement, client referrals and more. Please consult us first about your photo session before booking.

1. Review and Share: We’ll share your images after your session is completed. If you are unsatisfied with your images or experience please do NOT hesitate on letting us know before leaving the studio. We can not issue accomodations 24hrs after reviewing your images. 2. Order Timeline of Edits : Final edited images will be delivered within 5-10 business days after sending in your images (Mon-Fri) This does NOT include major holidays or weekends.

3. Select Your Edits : Select edits only included in the package you’ve purchased. Please do this the same day of your session, any time after will delay your return time. (Review the package online if you may have forgotten the # of edits included)

4. Rush Fee: If paying for a rush fee, rush fees are $80 per image and can take up to 1-3 business days to be returned to you.

5. Feedback is Welcome: We love hearing your thoughts! If you have any feedback about your experience, please feel free to share.

6. Social Media Policy: If posted on social media please tag Charles Gipson on Facebook or iamcharlesgipson on instagram.

7: Logo/Watermark: All logos or watermarks MUST remain on all edited images due to copyright protection, brand recognition, deterrent against theft, attribution, and professionalism.
