DIGITAL PRODUCTS

This delivery policy outlines the terms for products delivered via WhatsApp Messenger using a Dropbox link, including procedures for picking up printed materials and accessing digital products. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, secure, and efficient process. By placing an order, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Delivery Method:
All digital products will be delivered through a secure Dropbox link sent via WhatsApp Messenger. The link will provide access to the purchased product, which may include files such as documents, images, videos, or other digital content.

3. Delivery Timeline:
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will process your order and send the delivery link via WhatsApp within 24hours
- For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, delivery will occur on the next business day.

4. Confirmation of Receipt:
Upon receiving the delivery link, customers are encouraged to confirm receipt by replying to the WhatsApp message. This allows us to address any issues that may arise promptly.

5. Access Instructions:
- The Dropbox link will direct you to a folder containing your purchased product.
- Ensure that you have a Dropbox account (a free account is sufficient) to access the files. If you do not have an account, you can create one for free.

6. Expiry of Link:
- The Dropbox link is valid for [30 days from the date it is sent. After this period, access to the files will be revoked.
- If you need an extension, please contact us before the expiry date, and we will assess your request.

7. Technical Requirements:
To access and download your product, you will need:
- A device with internet access (computer, tablet, smartphone).
- A compatible web browser or the Dropbox application.

8. Support:

9. Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the delivery link has been sent. If the product is defective or not as described, please contact our support team to discuss possible resolutions.

10. Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to update this delivery policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our WhatsApp channel and will take effect upon posting.

11. Acceptance of Terms:
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this delivery policy.


PRINTS

Pickup Location

- Prints can be picked up at our designated location: 3406 w.79th street Chicago IL
- Please refer to our website or contact us for directions and operating hours.

2. Pickup Hours
- Print pickup is available during the following hours: 
  - Monday to Friday: 2pm-6pm
  - Saturday: 1pm-7pm
  - Sunday: 1pm-7pm

 3. Notification of Readiness
- Customers will receive an email or SMS notification once their prints are ready for pickup. 
- Please allow 1 hour for your order to be processed before coming for pickup.

4. Identification
- Customers must present a government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) that matches the name on the order.
- If the order is picked up by someone other than the person who placed the order, the designated individual must present a signed authorization note from the original customer along with their own ID.

5. Order Confirmation
- Customers should also provide the order confirmation number (either printed or in digital form) to facilitate a smooth pickup process.
- Make sure to review your order details before pickup to confirm accuracy.

 6. Print Condition
- All prints are inspected for quality before pickup. However, if you find any issues upon inspection, please notify our staff immediately for resolution.
- Customers are encouraged to verify their prints upon pickup to ensure satisfaction.

7. Timeframe for Pickup
- Customers must pick up their orders within 14  days from the notification date.
- After this period, orders may be discarded or without refund.
